One of the South East’s premier truck and bus dealerships; PCL has a staff of over 600 professionals looking after trucks, buses and even vans for a variety of well known customers from 4 sites across the South East. Right now we’re looking to sign up new youngsters as apprentices for each for our busy locations at: Gatwick, Maidstone, West Thurrock and Waltham Cross.
Now, we know working with trucks, buses or even vans may not sound too glamorous at first, but think on... for example, did you know?
Service Technicians
Every new truck or bus and even some vans now have more computing power installed on their chassis than your laptop or smart phone, they regularly need well trained technicians to provide quality servicing and repairs, that’s why we need YOU!
Parts Advisors
Every truck, bus or van is equipped with a multitude of key parts that specialist parts advisors need to carefully control and provide for the technicians as and when they need them, that’s why we need YOU!
Office Administrators
Each and every truck, bus or van needs to be administered properly and correctly to ensure we give not only a great service but great administration at all times, that’s why we need YOU!
PCL is growing fast and we’re looking for new young people to join us and develop their careers with us over the coming months and years.

PCL is one of the biggest authorised dealers for MAN trucks and buses here in the UK, MAN being one of the largest commercial vehicle manufacturers around. In fact, it was whilst working at MAN, over 100 years ago, that Rudolph Diesel invented the world renowned ‘diesel engine’ that we all still rely on for long distance transport to this day.
Which is why PCL, in collaboration with MAN, can provide each of our successful candidates with a quality Apprenticeship, a qualified Apprenticeship that provides the right training and experience for your future development and on-going success in the transport industry.

Our OPEN DAY is from 10.00am onwards and we will have a wide variety of specialists, technicians and office managers on-site to help discuss and guide you through the elements we can offer to would be candidates.
And that’s not all... we’ll have Specialists from the MAN Apprentice Training School there to explain and help you with your applications; there will be Technical Demonstrations of the kind of servicing and repair work you’ll be carrying out in your new role at PCL; we’ll have tours of the PCL HQ, to give you a better understanding of just what working for a truck dealership entails: in workshops, in the parts areas and in the offices too.
